One of our experienced Engineers will need more information about your installation site and will either do this over the phone with you or visit the location for more complicated installs. They will discuss details such as positioning of the tub and accessibility for the crane which will include moving cars, closing the street or electrical wires that could pose a problem.
ON THE DAY
We will give you an approximate time that the installation will take place and yourself or a responsible representative over the age of 18 must be present until the Tub is safely set in position. You must be flexible on the day of delivery and although the crane company schedules the time they can not guarantee the exact hour that they will arrive.
With our experienced team with you all the way you sit back and relax. The actual delivery only takes a few minutes and once you are happy with the positioning the team will unwrap, fill and start your Hot Tub before providing you with all the training that you need to operate and look after it.
The majority of our installations are standard but please be advised that additional costs may be incurred for crane installations that attract any special permitting requirements or for weekend deliveries
